ICal Feed Information

  • In response to overwhelming requests, BigTeams is pleased to launch a new calendar subscription feature. When parents & community members visit your BigTeams website, they may now sync team schedules with their personal calendars.  That's right! No more printing schedules or hand entering events (unless, of course, they still want to).  

    Please use the resources below to make the most of this new feature.  We hope you and your fans enjoy this highly anticipated update. 
     

    GETTING STARTED

    • Make it EASY for fans to find your athletic website.  If you haven't done so already, now is the time to link your BigTeams site to your school district site.  
    • Audit your website set-up.  Pretend you're a parent (or even grandparent) looking up schedules.  Are your team pages simple to find?  
    • Use our resources to help you get the word out to your communities. CLICK HERE for messaging you can use to promote this new feature.​  We've got emails and social media posts ready for you.
     
    • Share our HELP PAGES with your parents (this link is already included in our sample messaging referenced above)
